Amazon.com/code provides a secure way to register your Amazon device using a temporary on-screen code, so you don’t have to enter your account details with a remote.
Device registration process:

Power on your Fire TV, Fire Stick, or supported Smart TV and launch the Amazon or Prime Video app.

Choose Register Device, Sign In, or Enter My Code from the on-screen options.

A unique registration code will appear on your TV—keep this screen open.

On a separate device (phone, tablet, or computer), open a browser and visit www.amazon.com/code.

Log in to your Amazon account when prompted.

Type the code shown on your TV and confirm.
Once verified, the device is automatically registered to your Amazon account and ready to use within moments.
